EthniLux Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. At present, international shipping is not available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on the destination and order value. Free shipping may be available during specific promotions or for orders exceeding a certain value, as mentioned on the checkout page.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can monitor your order status using the provided tracking number.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, our courier partner may attempt redelivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipment may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately. For lost shipments, contact us at ethnilux@gmail.com with your order details. We will collaborate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
8. Custom Duties and Taxes
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price for domestic orders.
9. Changes to Shipping Address
